Avocado, tasty fruit that tastes like butter with the yellow color of the fruit flesh was tempting not everyone liked it. Not because the taste but because it avoids the fat contained in it. Like the banana, avocado also contains potassium and even implies 15% higher than the banana. Half avocado contains 548 mg of potassium. Potassium is very beneficial for the body to maintain blood pressure, pulse control, and also maintain nerve function. No wonder if avocados are consumed by those who suffer from high blood pressure (hypertension).
